|
Color: translucent zinc coated plastic steel wire spiral reinforcement
Temperature: -40 degree C / +90 degree C (short duration +125 degree C)
Characteristics: polyether polyurethane beverage filling hose, with galvanized plastic wrap steel wire spiral reinforcement. The inner wall is smooth to ensure that the material flows smoothly in the pipe. The wall thickness of the products of different specifications is 1.5 mm. Resistant to mould and hydrolysis. It has excellent resistance to ozone and weather resistance. Comply with EU 10/2011 food contact safety standards and FDA food contact safety standards 21CFR177.1680 and 177.2600. The hose is non-toxic, tasteless, halogen free, and meets the requirements of the RoHS environmental directive. Spiral wire grounding can discharge static electricity, which is in accordance with TRB S 2153. The flame retardancy is in accordance with the UL 94 HB standard.
Applications: the food processing industry, the pharmaceutical industry, lawn mower and sweeping vehicles need the application of mould resistance and hydrolysis resistance. It can be used for transportation of oils and fats.
